client, a pioneer in new EOR technology that drastically increases
oil and gas production, is looking for a full-time Sales Engineer
to be based in Midland or Odessa, TX. About our Client: Our client
headquartered in Dallas has recently restructured, and a new
Midland-based Sales position has been created that will report
directly to the CEO and the Senior Management Executive. The
company has proven, easy-to-deploy technology that uses high energy
elastic waves to enhance oil recovery in mature oilfields around
the world. These Tools are manufactured exclusively in the US,
with a suite of international patents established to protect the
technology. The proprietary EOR product is low cost and has a 100%
success rate in the Permian basin, with over 200 tools deployed to
date. Customers have achieved up to 2x increase in oil production,
and dramatic reduction in decline rates, and importantly, unlike
thermal, chemical, and gas injection methods, EOR uses elastic wave
stimulation that produces ZERO air, land, or water pollution. This
patented EOR technology is unique in its ability to deliver on the
dual mandate of increasing domestic oil production and doing so in
the most environmentally responsible way possible. Position
Summary: This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Engineer in
Midland/Odessa, TX. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for
promoting all Tool sales (leases) within North America and Canada,
from initial contact to Tool lease execution, as well as support
any post sales activity. Â Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering or related Background in drilling, stimulation, and/or
hydraulic fracturing. (These activities should align relevant
expertise with EOR tools and technology) At least 10 years of sales
experience, with Texas onshore oilfield experience as preferred
Willingness to occasionally accompany the Operations crew to North
American & Canadian field installation The candidate must be highly
driven, ambitious, confident, commercial and resilient Ability to
close sales and build rapport with new and existing contacts
Responsibilities: Sell proprietary and technology-driven EOR Tools
across US/Canada with a focus on the Permian Basin Report directly
to the CEO and Senior Management Executive Achieve sales targets
while expanding customer base, new and existing clients Build,
develop and maintain relationships with oil and gas company
representatives, field offices and engineers Report to the CEO and
Senior Management on products' sales activities and market
situations Plan and support product promotion to potential
customers including events and exhibitions Analyze and report to
the CEO and Senior Management on the latest market development and
customers' needs in the Upstream sector Upholds and maintains the
company's world class reputation Additional Information: Candidate
must live in or near the Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa) Vehicle
allowance of $500 per month mileage reimbursement
