Job Description:
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: Grand Rapids, MI
(Onsite - Arena Place with covered garage parking) Schedule: Monday
to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Start Date: June 18 Pay: Up to
$23/hour Key Responsibilities: Prepare and send offer letters,
initiate background checks, and post jobs (primarily for
field/hourly positions). Assist with the requisition process
including job postings and front-end recruiting support. Learn and
use Paradox , the company's AI recruiting platform, to support
high-volume staffing needs. Qualifications: Must-Have: At least 1
year of general HR experience (or multiple relevant internships).
Experience in any of the following roles: HR Assistant,
Coordinator, Specialist, Generalist, or Recruiter. Strong attention
to detail and familiarity with job posting platforms (Indeed,
LinkedIn, etc.). Nice-to-Have: Experience with Paradox or Workday.
Background in hospitality or high-volume environments. Bachelor's
degree in HR, Business, or related field. Company Culture & Perks:
