Job Description:

Bronson Healthcare in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an experienced oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its high-performing cancer team at the Bronson Cancer Center Kalamazoo in Kalamazoo, MI.

Position Highlights:

• Will practice in Kalamazoo five days per week at Bronson s brand new facility that opened in January 2021 and Bronson Methodist Hospital
• Will join a practice consisting of 7 medical oncology & hematology physicians, 6 advanced practice providers, and multiple other clinical staff providing nurse navigation, survivorship, social work, nutritional support, and palliative care
• This is a hospital-employed inpatient and outpatient position working M-F, 8 am to 5 pm
• APP will see patients in the outpatient setting and participate in inpatient work on a rotational basis with other APP to include rounding and admissions
• No call required currently
• Ideal Candidate will have Medical Oncology and Hematology experience
• Potential opportunity for an APP leadership role

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Current unrestricted or pending Licensure in the state of Michigan
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
