Description Wastewater Project Responsibilities: In-sight 90% of the time Collaborate closely with the client from project initiation to ensure a clear understanding of the wastewater project's scope, regulatory requirements, and long-term operational goals. Develop detailed scope documents for each trade, incorporating wastewater-specific systems such as piping, treatment processes, and mechanical/electrical components. Oversee the early phases of turnkey wastewater projects, including permit applications, environmental compliance documentation, and engineering design reviews. Review project proposals, design drawings, and process flow diagrams to determine project timelines, budget constraints, staffing needs, and the allocation of resources across each project phase. Coordinate with civil/environmental engineers, plant designers, and construction teams to ensure constructability and regulatory feasibility of wastewater treatment solutions. Lead on-site meetings with the client, engineering team, and construction crew to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with state and federal wastewater regulations. Negotiate contracts and pricing with equipment vendors, specialty suppliers (e.g., pumps, blowers, and filtration systems), and subcontractors involved in mechanical, electrical, and civil scopes. Profile Successful Senior Project Manager 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager Larger project experience. Wastewater is preferred.
