Job Description LTC Physician Care, PC is a specialized medical group committed to providing exceptional care for patients in skilled nursing facilities throughout Michigan, ensuring their unique healthcare needs are met with expertise and compassion. J ob Structure This is an in-person position Physician will commute directly between home and their assigned facilities Physician will collaborate directly with their APPs Physician will act as Medical Director within their facilities After-Hours on-call is shared among all LTC Providers Employment Type Part Time Requirements and Qualifications Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan. Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
