Frog Holler Produce (Froghollerproduce.com), a subsidiary of Van Eerden Foodservice, seeks a proven Grand Rapids based Sales Consultant to join our thriving team! Team Frog delivers the freshest produce and specialty foods to Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor, & Metro Detroits best restaurants, hotels, and sporting arenas!The right candidate for this position will have:Experience in developing and maintaining a profitable sales route by selling and servicing existing customers, opening new accounts, and increasing existing sales volumeA strong desire to sell and work on a commission basisAbility to be an expert in produce and specialty foods and provide consultative support to restaurantsGreat communication and organizational skills and be a TEAM PLAYERProactively solve issues and work with Purchasing, Customer Service, and Operations Departments to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer experienceDuties Include: Build great relationships with customers through consultative selling, not afraid to enthusiastically cold-call, and a track-record as a high performer. Sales Consultants must manage customers accounts receivable, follow Frogs sales processes, and achieve new & existing customer sales goals and metrics.Pay/Benefits Paid EVERY FRIDAYCompetitive Base Salary + Commission ($65,000 - $90,000+ annual opportunity)PTO for Personal and Holidays, 2+ Weeks Vacation.Full Benefits: Medical, dental, life and disability insurance and 401K with 3% company match.Career growth and advance opportunities based on success and company growthContinuous development and training programs.This position is primarily focused in greater Grand Rapids and will work with many of West Michigans best restaurants and chefs. We are looking for an individual who has sold to owners, purchasing directors, and chefs OR has experience as chef or manager in the hospitality industry.
