Description:Join Kellogg Community Credit Union as a Card Services Representative in our Second Street branch!Our Card Services Representatives are responsible for a range of duties including card ordering, member inquiries, charge back processing, fraud investigations and many other tasks while providing world class member service.RequirementsOrders and does maintenance on plastic cardsInvestigates and researches fraud, processing issues, and member issuesCompletes related reports, tracking, and recordsPromptly and accurately completes all member and team member requestsCreates strong relationships with members and team membersProvides world class member servicePerforms other duties as assigned.Qualifications:One to three years similar or related experienceStrong knowledge of plastic card processing and regulations preferredStrong computer skills including the Microsoft SuiteStrong attention to detail, and excellent time management skillsEffective communication skills, written and oralAbility to interact with others on a regular basis and build relationshipsCandidates must have availability Monday-Friday until 5:30 pm.
