Tech Defenders is looking for a Customer Service Representative to
provide excellent customer care to our wide-ranging end users.
You'll be the first point of contact with our customers across
eCommerce platforms, and wholesale partners. If you enjoy helping
people, learning more about a new industry and facilitating process
improvement, this is the job for you!
The Customer Service Representative will:
- First and foremost, embrace and live our core values. Beyond

- Use their one (1) to two (2) years of customer facing
experience to continue fostering trust and growing customer
satisfaction with our client base.
- Utilize their experience with multi-channel eCommerce software
such as Amazon, Walmart, etc.
- Draw from their ERP (we use NetSuite) knowledge to facilitate
customer returns, update sales orders and check our stocking
levels.
- Effectively communicate on the phone, over email or through our
website to understand customer needs and facilitate delivery.
- Execute on your above average follow up skills to ensure SOPs,
consistent customer issues and sales process inefficiencies are
addressed and resolved.
- Resolve customers' service or payment issues by exchanging
product, refunding money or adjusting transitions.
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial startup environment with the
ability to grind, hustle and put their stamp on things. Show
enthusiasm for mastering a newer, vibrant and quickly-evolving
industry while being driven to creatively solve problems.
- Be organized, accurate and efficient, tracking all our
