Responsibilities:
--- Conduct in-depth consultations with buyer clients to gain a thorough understanding of their unique needs and desires, enabling you to deliver the perfect home-buying experience.
--- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction and earn their trust and loyalty.
--- Act as knowledgeable and patient guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction, educating buyers and sellers on the intricacies of the process and helping them navigate potential roadblocks with ease.
--- Use your expert negotiation skills to advocate for your client's best interests at all times, securing the best possible outcomes for every deal.
--- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local market, including current trends, upcoming developments, and community resources, to position yourself as a trusted authority and indispensable resource for clients.
--- Take a proactive approach to lead prospecting, leveraging a variety of channels and strategies to build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
--- Maintain a flexible schedule that enables you to accommodate the needs of your clients, while also maximizing your productivity and efficiency.
--- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry news, trends, and regulations, and maintain your real estate license and professional certifications to ensure your ongoing success and growth.
--- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, partners, and industry stakeholders to build your reputation and expand your network, creating new opportunities for success and growth.

Qualifications:
--- Active Real Estate License or willingness to complete licensing courses through KW to become licensed
--- A strong eagerness to embark on the KW real estate training course and a commitment to launching your new business with passion and dedication
--- Team player mentality and commitment to Keller Williams' philosophy of win-win transactions. We believe in sharing knowledge and resources to help our fellow agents succeed and grow.
--- Ability and willingness to make a high volume of phone calls, building relationships with clients and prospects alike.
--- Preferred previous sales and/or phone experience, as this will provide a solid foundation to build upon and accelerate your success.
--- A self-motivated and driven mindset, with a focus on setting and achieving ambitious goals and reaching your full potential.
--- A deep desire to take your professional growth and development to the next level, with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
