AGRONOMY SALES REPRESENTATIVE (ASR)
FLSA Status: Full Time/ Exempt
Reports to: Region Sales Team Leader
Summary: Endeavor Ag & Energy is looking for an Agronomy Sales
Representative at our Hamilton/Wayland locations. The Sales
Representative will build customer relationships, grow agronomy
sales as well as optimize the cooperative's market share, improve
efficiency, and help achieve profitability goals for both Endeavor
and our customers.

Qualifications

Education Requirements
Candidate should hold a bachelor's degree (BS) from college or
university; and have five years' related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The candidate will be highly responsible, flexible and dedicated to
deliver results in seasons of highest demand. The candidate must
work well within a team and communicate clearly. Previous
internship experience preferred. Agriculture experience or
background preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or
governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business
correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively
present information and respond to questions from groups of
managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts,
interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area,
circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic
algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability
to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have
knowledge of many forms of technology, e.g., database software;
spreadsheet software and word processing software. Familiarity with
Microsoft Office products. Ability to learn Endeavor ag-based
programs.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must maintain all state and industry certifications, licenses and
endorsements if pertinent to the position held.
Valid CDL is suggested but not required.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those

essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of
this job the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger,
handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste
or smell. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and
sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and
stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift
and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to
100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,
depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment

this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is
occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving
mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne
particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions;

environment is usually moderate.
