Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for 30 remote Customer Service
Advocates within a Contact Center environment for a Health and Life
Insurance client based in the Midwest. This position is required to
work in a fully remote role in any of these states (MI, IN, WI, FL,
NC & SC, TX, GA). The main purpose of this role is to provide
exceptional customer service, support and resolve billing issues,
adjusting policy changes, processing death claims and reviewing and
cross-selling additional products and services or policy service
needs to the customer. This person will also be responsible for
fielding anywhere from 40-60 calls per day, and show confidence
being productive working in fast-paced environment.- Contact/Call
Center experience is preferred- Military spouse Gerber Life has an
initiative to hire military spouses as they offer location
flexibility and strive for career longevity.- Active Life and
Health Insurance license is required within the State they reside
in and (cannot be expired and must have both) - Minimum of a
Highschool Diploma or Associates Degree - Prior Experience o 1+
years in Customer Service o Sales experience, especially shown
ability in upsellingo Strong computer and phone skills (email,
excel, word, or other system navigation)- Ability to work in remote
environment o Self-driven and reliable phone service
