Responsibilities:
--- Sharpen your sales abilities regularly to become a top agent
--- Present Yoder Real Estate's Proven Process to ready, able, and willing home buyers
--- Work warm buyer leads: Zillow, Sign calls, Radio, and a 20-year strong, local presence
--- Hold open houses on some nights and weekends
--- Negotiate offers on behalf of buyer clients
--- Be a local expert on all things related to real estate and the home buying process

Qualifications:
--- Must be learning-based and read at least one business/growth/success book per month
--- Possession of sales/influence skills in order to sell effectively
--- Proven excellent presentation and negotiation skills
--- Must be adept at Google for Business
