ability to schedule business-to-business sales appointments.
Salary, Incentives & More About This Position: Starting salary
$39,500 to $41,000 depending on experience. Incentive bonus pay
opportunities. Generous benefits package that includes health,
dental, vision, life, short-term and long-term disability, and
401(k). Hours are weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Work must be
performed onsite at our headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
This position s top priority is scheduling initial sales
appointments for our regional sales managers. Other
responsibilities support this top priority and include company
research, phone and digital communication, and collaboration with
inside and outside sales teams. UTS will provide extensive training
and coaching. In addition, you will have access to premium sales
development tools including ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
as well as a library of marketing and sales support resources. UTS
provides service-rich solutions for freight transportation
management. Our sales program differentiates our solutions based on
the high value of the efficiencies and control they add. You must
be able to communicate the value of our services and sell
service-focused solutions. Specific Responsibilities: Research
potential prospects. Identify multiple decision-makers at each
prospect company Effectively communicate and sell the value of our
service-rich freight transportation management solutions. Interact
with prospects using the phone and digital communication methods.
Meet a daily call goal. Persuade decision-makers to meet with a
regional sales manager. Collaborate with 1-3 regional sales
managers Document your activity in our sales management platform.
Required Skills and Experience: Proven ability to sell
service-focused business solutions. Excellent direct sales skills
(persuasive phone and digital communications, nurturing prospects,
and scheduling sales appointments). Excellent administrative sales
skills (documentation, record-keeping, internal communication, and
coordination, etc.). Ability to sell to C-suite executives. Ability
