Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking several Production Supervisors
for a manufacturing facility in Chicago. Positions are open on all
three shifts.Relocation package is availableThis job will have the
following responsibilities:Provide leadership and training to
accomplish all production goalsoversee and develop a team of 50+
employeesPrepare and review employees hours for payroll and ensure
accuracy.Be the first point of contact for operators regarding
mechanical problems and perform preventative maintenance as
needed.Communicate and work with other team members to control and
improve the manufacturing processOversee the KPIs and monitor shift
performance and establish any
deficienciesRequirements/Skills:Bachelors Degree PreferredPrevious
canning/packaging experience is a plus3+ yeas of Supervisory
experience in manufacturingSix Sigma Green Belt
