Eenhoorn, LLC is hiring a Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects from start to finish, across all of our assets in the US. In this role you will organize and oversee and ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. Additionally, we are seeking an individual with an analytical mind, some estimating knowledge and strong organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. This position reports directly to the President. • Organize and oversee the construction process and/or capital improvement projects and ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Ability to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget
• Visit to sites as needed, which may involve varied amounts of travel and overnight stays
• Serve as the company's main contact for the project(s)
• Obtain permits and licenses for the project(s)
• Determine required resources and plan for lead times
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, general contractors and others
• Research and identify reputable contractors, as needed
• Supervise the work of all vendors, laborers, and others working on site
• Oversee safety program and ensure all local, state and national building code and safety protocols are followed
• Maintain timely tracking reports and detailed budgets
• Writes and communicates inspection reports and project update reports
• Maintains punch lists and ensures all work is completed
• Provide regular progress reports
• Other duties as assignedQualifications
  • Proven experience as a construction project manager
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field experience
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  • Familiarity with quality, health and safety standards
  • Outstanding oral and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Experience with estimating and budgeting
  • Highly reliable with excellent follow up and follow through
  • Above average time management skills and high sense of urgency
  • Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements
  • Knowledge of the operating practices of construction, architectural, and building firms
  • The ability to travel up to 60%
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office including Project
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software
  • When in the office, the physical demands require the ability to sit for long periods of tim
  • Intermittent movement, such as accessing centrally located office equipment, lifting of 35 lbs, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing, may be necessary to perform the requirements of this positionBonus Skills and Experience:
