Job Description:
DeWys is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to
add to our maintenance team on 1st shift. Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
Performing a wide variety of
maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing
equipment/machinery as well as the facility and grounds from the
direction of the Maintenance Team LeadReading and interpreting
blueprints/schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders to
perform required maintenance and servicePerforming preventative
maintenance of machinery and facility according to
scheduleInstalling new production equipmentComplying with
applicable environmental and safety laws, regulations, and
policiesMaintenance Technician Qualifications:
At least 3 years of
maintenance/preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing
settingStrong knowledge of general maintenance functions such as
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.Prior experience performing
maintenance and repairs on a variety of CNC machines, laser and
press brake preferred -Excellent time management, trouble shooting,
problem solving, and communication skillsFamiliarity with OSHA
safety standards and regulationsIndustrial Maintenance Certificate
