Description:This is a 2nd shift Production Supervisor position working 2p-10p.

• This person will come in every day and check the call in line.
• Once that is complete they will receive the schedule from the Master scheduling team that sits onsite. Once they review the schedule via an excel spreadsheet, they will be responsible for assigning operators to the molding machines.
• The responsibilities include, ensuring all production is on time, they will be responsible for daily checklists at each machine.
• In accordance to following production and timeliness, they need to practice 5S safe and clean environment expectations. As far as troubleshooting issues, they will be responsible for identifying what machine is down and call the appropriate individual to fix the issues- it could be maintenance, or process techs.
• They will be responsible for overseeing roughly 30 people each shift and keeping track of their time cards daily as well as any disciplinary actions that need to take place.Skills:Supervision, plastic injection molding, automotive manufacturing, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, production support, iso procedures About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
