Worldwide Logistics is seeking a full time Dock Lead in our
Warehouse. This person will be responsible for assisting in
coordinating and monitoring activities engaged in the dock work
activities. They will lead the warehouse staff and ensure safety
protocols are followed and ensure daily needs are met for internal
and external customer satisfaction.What You Will Be Doing
Day-to-Day:
Manage assigned dock area pertaining
to quality, workmanship, productivity, recovery, sanitation and
employee practices Meeting daily shipments requirements to
guarantee AIT's service levels are achieve. Ensure that customer's
goods arrive to final destination and are receive in a timely
mannerMonitors and expedites work flow of the dock assigned area
and makes adjustments when necessary. Answers questions from dock
employees pertaining processes and escalate to management as
necessary Follow safety policies and ensure the warehouse personnel
adhere to the safety procedures in place in order to maintain dock
order & cleanlinessAssures compliance with all safety and dock
processes Communicates with management and other leads any problems
or concerns with attendance, performance and dock operations.
Trains Dock Agents in dock processes, safety and assists personnel
to improve processes / performanceOther duties and responsibilities
will be assigned as business demands deem necessaryWhat We Look for

AS/400. Excellent communication
skills 1-3 Years ExperienceAbility to meet deadlines in high pace

environment.Warehouse operations experience.Previous team lead or
supervisor experience.Actively participates in safety policies,
