The purpose of this role is to lead plant maintenance team members of various disciplines, assign daily tasks, enforce company policies and procedures, and assist with maintenance tasks as needed. They will also develop processes to maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.Requirements:Prefer candidates with 5-7 years' experience in a facilities maintenance role.
