Acrisure's massively valuable, high margin distribution network combines the strength of trusted advisors with growth and efficiency enabled by AI.Job Summary:The Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for ensuring Acrisure delivers effective, competitive pay to all employees. This position will partner with the Compensation Program Manager in the development and management of Acrisure's compensation programs including base pay, short- and long-term incentives, annual merit increase, job levels and all other pay programs and policies.Responsibilities

  • Designs and implements pay programs, policies and market studies - in collaboration with Compensation Program Manager, HR colleagues and business leaders
  • Manages short- and long-term incentive programs
  • Defines and implements effective pay guidelines and administrative practices (eligibility, targets, approvals, etc.)
  • Supports communication and change management efforts for compensation programs to increase understanding across the organization
  • Assists in the implementation and ongoing management of Workday
  • Supports compliance with compensation-related regulations
  • Support Finance on tracking of earnings and managing accruals, to keep real-time estimates/projections of values for bonus programsEducation/Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field
    • 5+ years of Compensation experience including design and implementation of pay ranges, annual merit planning and incentive programs
    • Experience assigning positions to job levels and building career paths
    • Experience working cross-functionally to drive large/complex projects and programs
    • Strong analytical skills with an ability to present data to communicate insights and drive decisions
    • Experience administering compensation programs in an HCM system. Workday experience preferred
