"LLGVMT" to 734-270-6616POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for maintaining
and coordinating repairs of the grounds, the building and equipment
in a safe and efficient manner within budget in accordance with
applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and
regulations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPerform preventive maintenance to
assure the building and its contents remain operable and in good
condition as instructedMaintain the electrical, plumbing, safety
equipment, HVAC systems, as well as the grounds of the property as
instructedInspect and perform the repair and maintenance of the
building's structure, including windows, doors, exterior siding,
masonry, and roofing as instructedShovel/salt walkways as
needed.Maintain the condition of all unoccupied rooms including
carpet cleaning, painting, patching, etc. to make them attractive
for resident occupancyPerform maintenance and repairs per
residents' requests within 24-72 hoursClean carpets, upholstered
furniture and draperies using vacuum or shampooer as requestedClean
up spills and soiled areas as observed or requestedAssist residents
and family members with move-ins and move-outs when
availableMaintain proper records of repairs, purchases and other
expendituresPromote positive relationships with residents, staff,
visitors and regulatorsPerform any other duties as requested within
the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.To perform
