With a facility in the Walker area, our primary focus is producing wire harnesses assemblies for the marine, aerospace and other industries. The Production Wire Assembler is responsible for the assembly of raw parts and sub-assemblies by following in detail our standard work instructions. Gen3 is a rapidly growing company that values our employees and offers a fun and challenging work-space. TEAM MEMBER PERKS Standard work schedule is Monday --- Thursday 5am --- 3pm (no Fridays). Overtime may be required at times but--- not the plan 80 hours of PTO based upon accrual method Insurance benefits begin on 1st day of the following month from start date 401k with employer match Casual work environment --- Jeans everyday Brand new facility Tuition reimbursement Open door policy --- come on in and share your ideas Great TEAM environment Closed with holiday pay the week of July 4th and the week between Christmas and New Year Pay rate: $20 hr. based upon experience Essential duties and responsibilities Using a handheld or automatic crimper for contact on wires Responsible for being an active team participant in teamwork toward continuous improvement. Follow company guidelines and procedures. Responsible for quality checks of the product to verify customer requirements are being met. May be asked to perform some of the following off-line tasks including quality checks, down-time reporting, housekeeping duties, and time keeping.
