JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Impulse has immediate openings for Machine Operators in Grand Rapids MI. The Machine Operator is responsible for loading and unloading parts into machines.
Wage:
$13.00+/hr
4 day weeks and 3 day weekends!

• 1st shift : 7am - 5:30pm - 4 days/wk
• 3rd shift: 8:30pm - 7am - 4 days/wk starts Sunday night and ends on Thursday morning
• Permanent hire at 90 days with two $500 signing bonuses Responsibilities of a Machine Operator include:
  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
  -- Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment
  -- Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
  -- Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
  Job Requirements of a Machine Operator:
  -Ability to work well with others
  -Authorization to work in the US
  REQUIRED Experience and Education:
  MUST be able to speak, read, and understand the English Language.
