Augusta Tower Technologies, Inc. was founded in 2008 and is a construction company that specializes in wireless and cellular communication projects. We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic leaders for immediate employment as Foremen in the Midwest market. The ideal candidate will be a Midwest resident able to work on the road. Overnight travel, as well as overtime, is required. Benefits and wages are competitive.

Experience in the telecommunications industry is not necessary to qualify!--Paid training is done in-house and we provide safety certifications. The Foreman is responsible for the successful completion of complete site builds projects and troubleshoots. The Foreman is responsible for accurately communicating site status to management. The Foreman is the supervisor of the tower hands and is responsible for developing their skills and managing behavior.

Total compensation packages average from $31-38/hour. This includes a base hourly rate of pay ranging from $20-27/hour, time and a half overtime pay, $1500 retention bonus, performance-based monthly crew bonuses, as well as other benefits such as: per diem, phone/internet reimbursement, health insurance contributions, company paid lodging, vacation time, and a 3% 401k contributions.--Base pay is determined by experience, attitude, and performance.--

Responsibilities:
--- Managing the daily activities of assigned tower technicians
--- Climbing and working on communications towers installing, replacing, and repairing antenna, microwave, small cell, and other systems
--- Installation of hybrid cable and fiber
--- Performs a variety of routine, non-machine tasks, setting of ice bridge post, placement of concrete, site cleanup
--- In tandem with PM/CM, review construction drawings prior to site builds/modifications
--- Advanced knowledge in the use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment
--- The ability to climb tall structures with 30-50 lb. load
--- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot customer technology
--- Ability to operate sweep, PIM, and microwave test gear
--- Analyze jobsite situations accurately and adopt an appropriate course of action
--- Ability to follow instructions
--- Recognize safety hazards, perform duties in a safe manner, and control jobsite safety
--- Act as lead; train and mentor less experienced technicians
--- Ability to communicate professionally, both written and orally
--- Completion of closeout and any other customer requirements in a timely fashion
--- Dedication to continued training and professional development.

Frequently the employee is required to lift or carry up to 10 or 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 or 100 lbs. Able to climb to and work at heights exceeding 300'. The employee needs to have good vision for close work, distance, color discrimination, peripheral, and depth perception.
