Salt Truck DriversDJ's Landscape Management is seeking on-call Snow Removal Salt Truck Drivers to join our team. Candidates for this position must be available on-call, during 3rd shift hours.Team Member Benefits* Base pay for CDL A or B with Air Brakes: $21 - $23+ / hour, depending on experience* Higher base available for candidates with extensive experience. * Base pay for drivers without CDL: $18 - $21 / hour, depending on experience* Flexible Schedule* Referral Incentive* Salt application training providedTeam Member Responsibilities* Complete Snow Removal Safety Training* Operate a salt truck to apply salt to customer parking lots* Learn a specific route of customer sites* Complete work to customer specifications and quality standards* Complete work safely and without accidents or incidents* Utilize effective communication for on the job issues that may arise * Properly track time on digital app - training provided* Basic equipment carePosition Requirements* 18+ years of age* Clean driving record* Access to the use of a smartphone* Must have a Chauffeurs License or ability to obtain one* CDL Drivers must possess CDL A or B with Air Brake endorsement* Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work* Available for on-call work; flexible schedule for nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as neededDJ's Landscape Management is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
