Location is everything as it is nestled back off the intersection of the Beltline and Burton Street on 35 serene acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.Responsibilities:Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland HomeConducts assessments, administers medications, maintains the medication cart, and follows through with physician ordersProvides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staffAssists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directedEnsures timely completion of all necessary documentationEstablishes trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any concerns that may ariseLocation: Raybrook Manor - 2121 Raybrook St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546Choose the schedule that works for you:Full Time - 64hrs per pay period - 2:30pm - 11pm - Week 1: Mon, Thu, Fri - Week 2: Sun, Mon, Tue, Thu, FriFull Time - 64hrs per pay period - 2:30pm - 11pm - Week 1: Sun, Tue, Thu, Fri - Week 2: Mon, Thu, Fri, SatPart Time - 24hrs per pay period - 2:30pm - 11pm - Week 1: Sat - Week 2: Sun, FriPart Time - 9hrs per pay period - 6:30pm - 11pm - Week 1: Sat - Week 2: Sun (every other weekend)Qualifications and Requirements: A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required Must be CPR certified Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
