Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Support Lead in the Packaging industry. You'll will work with the Quality and Production teams to ensure compliances and work with all supervision and employees to ensure that cGMPs and Praxis' SOPs, policies and work instructions are being followed. You'll also maintain policies and quality standards on the production floor and in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Perform Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) sampling and evaluation as required to assure product quality
• Assist in ensuring production area is maintained in a state of inspection
• Provides support in the Line Clearance and Cleaning Verification for packaging operations per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch/packaging and labeling records
• Lead quality control efforts and develop strategies to improve overall quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement quality control programs
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
• Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements Performs any other functions and duties assigned and necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of Praxis Packaging Solutions.
  
  Qualifications
  
  Knowledge & Experience Needed:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination preferred.
  • 4 years plus similar experience required - Packaging preferred but not required
  • 2-3 GDP/GMP experience required
  • Lead/Group Leader experience preferred
  • Basic Mechanical and mathematical aptitude required
  • The ability to work independently, without supervision required
  • Ability to organize priorities and workload required
