Description:GoEngineer is seeking a motivated and
customer-focused Subscription Service Support Liaison to join our
team. Duties will include auditing renewal quotes, assisting with
revisions, and verification of CRM system accuracy. This position
requires an ability to manage a high volume of quote creation
requests with exceptional attention to detail. Individual will play
an essential role in assisting the department with achieving
monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal goals. GoEngineer is a
provider of the most compelling design platforms in the industry,
deploying engineering software and 3D Printing technology to make
the design process innovative, efficient, and intelligent.Your key
contributions in this role will be:Customer Engagement: Act as the
front-line support representative for our subscription service,
providing timely and friendly assistance to subscribers via various
communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). Use premade
templates to generate quotes for subscription service renewal.
Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and
enhance the customer experience. Documentation: Maintain detailed
records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our
CRM system. Gather all necessary information using many systems and
utilizing sales and renewals account managers to ensure accurate
information is listed on renewal quotes. Edit and verify pricing is
correct based on the most recent pricelist. Complete monthly quote
creations in a timely manner to ensure scheduled workflow is not
disrupted. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent;
bachelor's degree preferred. Proven customer service or support
experience, preferably in a subscription service or similar
industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong
problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Empathetic and
patient, with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment. Proficiency with customer relationship management
(CRM) software and support tools. Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail. We are looking for candidates with the above

apply.Competitive Compensation Includes:This position is full-time,
Monday - Friday, and can be either fully in-office or can be
performed hybrid (3 days in office & 2 days' work-remote) at our
Grand Rapids location.This is an hourly position with benefits
listed below, pay is $21/hour, plus annual bonus which averages
