Youth Treatment Specialist (FT) - Boelkins ProgramWhat youll doWorking in one of our residential homes alongside our experienced care team, youll implement individual treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of boys and girls ages 10-16 in our program. Youll mentor, join in recreational activities, and create a warm, loving home for teens who need a refuge.Compensation + CollaborationTeam members will earn up to $22 per hour with a generous benefits package. Some days are going to be tough. Those in our care have been abused and neglected, have histories of mental health challenges, and some are involved in the juvenile justice system. Their trauma is real. Theyre short on trust and sometimes quick to anger. Theyre not used to caring adults who show up day after day.But you will.
