Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor Client Servicing Level
1.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and develop a remote team of associates to resolve client
problems and deliver exceptional client experiences
Create and implement coaching plans based on reporting and
analytics
Hire, onboard, and support new associates
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably
in financial services or technology support
Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role managing
non-exempt employees
Strong understanding of call center metrics and basic financial
transaction processing
Quiet and secure home working environment
One or more years experience managing remote call center associates
(preferred)
