Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Senior Associate.
Responsibilities:

Keep updated understanding of the organization's products, services, and client delivery policies
Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
Create client meeting minutes, build reports, validate data, and provide analytics

Required Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of internal or external customer service experience or demonstrate relevant experience and written business communication
Intermediate experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, V Look Ups, etc.)
Proven experience in building reports, validating data, providing analysis, and proven experience in quality assurance
Experience working face to face with clients
