Job Description:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AR Specialist in Grand Rapids, MI to join their team. This client is a growing family-owned investment company. This role will work in a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities will include:

AR Specialist will prepare payments for deposits
Process credit card transactions
Prepare and distribute credit and collections reports
Post customer payments
As an AR Specialist, you will evaluate and create customer accounts
Review credit applications, contact references, and determine credit limits
Send invoice reminders and contact customers to collect on past due accounts
Review and communicate account discrepancies with customers
AR Specialist will provide reporting for special projects as assigned
