TimePOSITION SUMMARYResponsible for implementation of life
enrichment programs that encourage and stimulate residents'
physical, cognitive, social and spiritual needs.ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONSDevelop, lead and facilitate recreational programs
appropriate for small and large groups, and one-on-one that promote
resident satisfactionAssist with resident outings and special
eventsLead and facilitate intergenerational programsAssist with
distribution of monthly life enrichment calendarAssist with
tastefully decorating the community for holidays and
eventsParticipate in hosting community eventsWork with a group of
community volunteers for life enrichment activitiesPromote positive
relationships with residents, staff and visitorsPerform any other
duties as requested within the scope of responsibility and
requirements of the job.To perform this job successfully, an
