Leading and developing growth programs for a
$500M business, you will find new markets, establish new business
manage pricing and margin, lead sales team execution and oversee
all parts of
the Honeywell NPI/BTI program management processes. You will work 3
in a box
with technology + sales as you lead the overall global strategic
growth effort of
the Automotive refrigerant business. Automotive Supplier. You will
directly manage 2 Regional
Business Development resources and will spend about 25% of your
time in front
of customers. This position is based in our Morris Plains, NJ
Key Responsibilities --- Lead all NPI programs for the business
driving $75M in program revenue in 2022.
--- Build and Lead the strategic growth strategy (STRAP) for the
--- Track, manage and report on growth programs at the FP, AM and
PMT levels as required
--- Build a pipeline of longer-term programs that get the business
to $1B in revenue by 2025
--- Achieve pricing, VCM, cost and margin achievements on all
--- Accountable for AOP annual program growth targets
--- Develop pricing approaches for all new products/new segments
driving max value capture
--- Drive all new regulatory, compliance and association
advancements allowing sales into new applications
--- Work closely with the asset team on supply/demand analyses as
well as contribute to future
--- Work with co-suppliers as needed to accelerate new product
--- Lead change
--- Drive policy compliance
--- Develop and coach business development staff
--- Drive employment engagement
YOU MUST HAVE
commercial experience in the automotive industry
--- -Technical background (Engineering) and MBA desired
--- -Strong presentation skills
--- -10 years of marketing, sales and operations experience.
--- -Experienced at working in the automotive industry or with
large OEM customers
--- -Strong tactical and strategic skills required.
--- -Ability to motivate and build high performing teams.
--- -Process/systems and results orientated.
--- -Manages change through exploration and learning.
--- -Ability to provide reliable judgment in complex
--- -Entrepreneur skills with record of exceeding objectives and
--- -Price and margin management -background
