Job DescriptionNow hiring PRODUCTION for a position in Grand
Haven, Mi starting IMMEDIATELY.Staffing Inc. is currently looking
for production associates. We partnered with a great company in
Grand Haven, MI to find candidates who are looking to work. The
company is looking for the right person to complete their team. The
pay for this position is $17.25/hr for 3rd
shift.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for meeting cycle timesPerforms
set-ups and change-overs as neededSuggests, initiates and/or
supports recommendations to improve production methods, equipment
performance, equipment maintenance, quality of product, and cost
savingsMonitors the equipment operations to ensure all products run
to the standard production specs and production scheduleEnsures
machinery is operating properly by watching or adjusting controls,
gauges, dials or other indicatorsAssists with performing routine
maintenance on equipment and determining when and what maintenance
is needed.Conducts quality checks and inspections of products or
processes using various methods as well as gauges and computer
equipment.Maintains a safe and secure work environment following
Company 5s guidelinesWorks to continuously improve in all areas of
productivity, cost, safety, quality and employee
relations.Responsible for 5S in assigned areasPerforms other duties
as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:1-year manufacturing experiencePass a
background check/drug testGreat attendance and positive
