supervisor is responsible for supervising Youth Development
Specialists (YDS). Program Supervisors will support staff in
keeping kids physically and emotionally safe while providing
exceptional service according to established plans and regulatory
standards. The supervisor ensures that all activities are planned,
intentional and specifically tied to treatment plan intent and
goals. This role requires an ability to develop therapeutic
relationships with kids, engage and support families, and partner
with internal and external colleagues.Qualifications:Bachelor's
degree in relevant Human Services field. Ability to implement
Behavioral Support Plans.Demonstrated understanding of the
strengths, needs, challenges and resilience of the target
population of children, youth and families. Demonstrated experience
or ability to work with school, court, behavioral health, and child
welfare partners. Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a
rapidly change, fast paced, high intensity environment. Ability to
work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the Agency.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic competence in computer
use and electronic case management and clinical record systems.
Valid driver's license, good driving record and adequate insurance
