Our Commitment to providing an inclusive environment for patients, families, staff, and community.Summary:The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible to ensure an efficient and effective experience for both the potential employee and the Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role serves as the counter-part to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, and can step in and do all the duties of the recruitment life cycle as needed.Essential Job Responsibilities:
    • Manage specific components of the recruitment process for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
      • Review all resumes for qualifications within 48 hours of receiving
        • Initial contact to potential candidates by telephone and performs initial screen
          • Interview candidates and determine interests and skills
            • Make suggestions to TA Specialist on who to move forward for a more in depth interview.
              • Responsible for coordinating references, assessment testing, and all requirements of the candidate prior to offer accepting
                • Create job postings in talent acquisition softwareCreate advertisements and assist with recruitment sourcing, as needed
                  • Send Mary Free Bed recruitment information to colleges and other sources
                    • Assist with diversity recruitment efforts
                      • Maintain/update all appropriate files and manuals once approved by leadership
                        • Post the Position Available List, and maintain website employment opportunities
                          • Coordinate attendance and/or attends job fairs, conferences, etc. and ensures that recruitment materials are prepared and shipped, as necessary
                            • Responsible to coordinate team purchases for office supplies and/or giveaways
                              • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks such as answer telephone, screen calls, take messages and institute action as appropriate
                                • Prepare the monthly recruitment dashboard report that is presented to senior leadership team
                                  • Ability and responsibility to take on the full recruitment lifycycle of Intern Hires as well an entry level roles within the organization
                                    • In the absence of the TA Specialist, may perform all duties of the TA Specialist
                                      • All other duties as assignedEssential Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Education, and Training Requirements):
                                        • 3 Years of experience in Human Resources or other customer service field is required
                                        • Experience in data entry is required
                                        • Bachelors Degree Required
                                        • Competent in word processing (type 60 words per minute) and spreadsheet applications Knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Front Page and online recruiting
                                        • Demonstrated interpersonal skills; i.e., able to greet public and work well with a variety of people, including the physically disabled
                                        • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
                                        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
                                        • Ability to make independent decisions and coordinate projects
                                        • Ability to work professionally within all levels of the organization
                                        • Physical Demands:
                                          • Able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (up to 1/3 of the time)
                                          • Able to lift, carry, push, pull, up to 10 pounds occasionally
                                          • Able to sit for the majority of the time, but may involve brief periods of time involving walking or standing.
                                          • Able to use keyboard frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time)Customer Service Responsibilities:Demonstrate excellent customer service and standards of behaviors as well as encourages, coaches and monitors the same in team members.
