Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sell, promote, and provide exceptional service to new
Perform a minimum of 10 sales cold calls a week in the assigned
Maintain accurate documentation in reports, quoting and other
Delivery of existing orders for customers.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive account specific
Service existing accounts and communicate with clients on a
Follow up on orders to ensure that customers are served
Discuss use and features of various parts.
Advise counter person on delivery instructions.
All other duties as assigned

2 or more years of related parts, sales, or service experience

Physical and mental demands:
The mental and physical requirements described here are

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
frequently required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel,
crouch, crawl, reach overhead and climb stairs throughout the parts
warehouse and stand for extended periods of time. The employee is
frequently required to use a phone, personal computer, copier, and
printer/scanners. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up
to 50 pounds and occasionally help lift and/or move more than 100
Employee is required to drive a motor vehicle for extended
periods of time and travel frequently from the office to customer
sites. Employees are occasionally exposed to moving mechanical
parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic
or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or
governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business
correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively
present information and respond to questions from groups of
managers, employees and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability
and statistical inference, and fundamentals of geometry. Ability to
apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and
proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of
concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization
exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in
written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
