And we would love to have you on this journey with us Apply today. The successful candidate will support operations and indirect business partners in all aspects of indirect procurement. You will develop a funnel of indirect savings projects and optimally deploy cross-functionally to meet in-year metrics. Lead contracting, negotiations, and implementation of new indirect services and materials projects. Own indirect purchasing policy and strategy to improve compliance and operating margin for X-Rite Pantone globally In your main role at X-Rite Pantone, you will: Support global teams with operational execution within areas of responsibility. Lead indirect procurement activities in support of non-production material requirements as well as all indirect services categories. Drive in-year cost savings objectives. Create a funnel of future year cost savings opportunities globally, and lead reporting and management for communication to our leadership team. Support and lead cost savings Kaizens and other continuous improvement activities. Work closely on external relationships with preferred suppliers to drive supplier safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost. Champion and lead and direct high-level indirect purchase projects and initiatives for a variety of indirect spend categories, including IT, Marketing, R&D, Travel, Finance, and Sales. Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are: A flexible and creative problem solver with a knack for forming relationships, influencing, and challenging the norm Proactive and strategic problem solver who first understands business and associate needs and is then keen to bring forward and test new ideas and industry-leading practices to bring a better communications experience to our associates A service-minded teammate who seeks feedback to continuously improve programs Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret business needs to define communication requirements for a variety of audiences A collaborator who can quickly influence and drive action Y our Education and/or Background Experience will have: Bachelor--------s Degree in procurement field preferred (or non-logistics work experience) Three to five years-------- experience in procurement, indirect procurement preferred. Experience working in a multi-site, matrix organization. Strong skills in organization attention to detail, negotiation, project execution, presentation, and data analysis.
