Job Description: RFID Testing Technician (Location: Grand
Overall Job Description:
This role is fully responsible for RFID tags testing and
reporting. This role involves day-to-day testing along with such
duties such as equipment calibration and maintenance, work order
follow-up, producing reports to the project manager and billing.
The primary role is to conduct RFID tag testing by following the
test procedure and accurately reporting results. The Technician is
fully responsible for the testing and delivering target outcomes.

Take RFID tags for any industry, put them in a chamber, and test
their frequency and performance. This candidate not only needs to
understand the testing aspects but also be presentable to customers
and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technician Skills and Qualifications:
This Technician role is very crucial for business success by
implementing the best practices for testing, managing tasks, and
coming up with solutions. The Technician will help achieve the
organization targets through proper test facility management. Also
need to keep the workplace clean and organized, so the position
demands a strong set of skills, such as:
Associate degree or higher, preferably Engineering degrees in
electronics, material science, or mechanical
Expertise in RFID testing industry
Minimum 2 years of industrial experience is preferred.
Data acquisition and calibration
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication for tracking work
progress for clients and others involved
Knowledge of organization policies
Ability to maintain a consistent testing protocol
Computer skills (Microsoft programs) and graphics
Communicative skills that foster a positive working relationship
with the project manager and leadership team
Work order management skills (prioritizing tasks) to meet
Technical skills to interpret results and present findings
Time management and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines,
ensuring deliverables are completed on time
Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
