Duties and Responsibilities
Provide transportation for foster children and adult clients to
and from medical appointments, family visits, and other
Supervise children as requested during appointments either at
home, office or at other appropriate sites.
Document observations of the child, foster parents and birth
parents according to policy; report observations to social worker
with case responsibility.
Provide documentation and filing services for the foster care
program as needed.
Provide auxiliary services related to center’s foster care
program in accordance with center, division, organization, and
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s degree in human services or related field
One year experience working in a child welfare or related
service setting preferred.
