How you will spend your time as a Director of Commercial and
Multifamily Sales & Services :
Develops and executes Commercial and Multifamily business plans
for Division and Area.
Maintain close relationship with the customer for awareness of
customer needs and perspective.
Monitor several Commercial and Multifamily development projects
at a time to ensure successful completion and customer
Develop and position communication programs to reach the

Analyze sales successes and use the data to forecast and

Direct the Commercial and Multifamily operations to ensure

and familiar using MS Office Products, Plan Swift, MiTek,

Knowledge. Previous building material knowledge. Knowledge of
Contracts and Contract Management. Read and understand plans and
specifications, i.e. blueprints. Understand and able to read
Licenses. Must hold a clear and valid driver’s license.
Communication. Excellent interpersonal and customer relation
skills (Required). Ability to communicate on any different levels
depending on audience. Public speaking experience - sales
presentation at a job site to a group of 20-30 people.
Sales Experience. 8 years Outside Sales Experience in
Commercial/Multifamily sales of building materials.
Teamwork. Ability to work as a team and help motivate and lead
Excellence. Must have an excellent attendance history with a
work ethic to match.
