detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our team in Midland, Texas.
In this role, you will support project managers by managing
purchasing, inventory, and cost-related tasks while ensuring
seamless communication with customers. The ideal candidate is
highly skilled in technology and data analysis and thrives in a
fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Assist project managers
in monitoring purchasing activities, inventory control, and cost
management. • Communicate effectively with customers to address
inquiries and provide updates on project progress. • Process orders
for necessary parts and ensure timely delivery to meet project
deadlines. • Develop and manage budgets to align with project
objectives and financial constraints. • Create and execute queries
using tools such as Microsoft Access to extract and analyze data. •
Utilize data manipulation techniques to organize and interpret
complex datasets. • Collaborate with the team to plan and
coordinate community events where applicable. • Perform accurate
data entry tasks using 10-key skills to ensure precise
record-keeping. • Generate detailed reports to present findings and
support decision-making processes. • Identify opportunities for
process improvement to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.•
Proficiency in writing and executing queries for data analysis. •
Strong knowledge of data manipulation language and techniques. •
Experience with database tools, including Microsoft Access, for
creating and managing queries. • Excellent communication skills to
interact with customers and team members effectively. • Advanced
computer literacy, with the ability to adapt to various software
and tools. • Proven ability to handle budgets and manage financial
data accurately. • Familiarity with organizing and contributing to
community events. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data
entry, including 10-key operations.
