variety of other perks. Overview: We’re looking for an experienced
IT Program Manager to lead the architecture, implementation, and
delivery of Duck Creek applications for a top-tier client in the
Property & Casualty insurance space. This role is ideal for someone
who brings deep technical knowledge, strong leadership
capabilities, and proven project management skills. You’ll be the
primary point of contact at the client site, managing communication
between stakeholders and the offshore delivery team to ensure
successful program execution. What You’ll Do: Act as the Program
Manager and main point of contact for the client, ensuring
alignment across teams. Drive the architecture, design, and
end-to-end implementation of Duck Creek applications. Collaborate
with business and technical teams to define project scope, goals,
and deliverables. Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks
to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. Lead coordination between
onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth global delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship on Duck Creek solutions,
including integration and architecture. Maintain compliance with
industry standards and project best practices. Communicate project
progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to all stakeholders.
Ensure Agile best practices are followed throughout the project
lifecycle. Preferred Experience: Exposure to other insurance
platforms such as Guidewire, Majesco, or Sapiens is a strong
advantage. What You Bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, IT, or a related field. At least 5 years of
experience with Duck Creek application architecture and project
delivery. 10 years of total IT experience, preferably in the
insurance domain. Deep understanding of Duck Creek Policy, Billing,
and Claims modules. Proven experience leading hybrid
onshore-offshore teams in a global delivery setup. PMP or
equivalent project management certification is a plus. Expertise in
Agile, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong
leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to
resolve technical challenges and deliver strategic project
