Job Title: Application Developer Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Application
Developer to join our Information Technology team. This position
will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting
technical solutions for administrative and academic operations,
with a focus on ERP systems and third-party integrations. The ideal
candidate will work closely with enterprise-wide users to ensure
system modules function effectively, meet business requirements,
and integrate seamlessly with external solutions. As part of a
collaborative, diverse, and inclusive team, you will have the

delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate
with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize system
requirements. Develop and propose solutions and integrations for
ERP systems and third-party applications. Manage and implement
system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure seamless
operability. Ensure system and data integrity by managing security
protocols and access controls. Research and resolve technical
issues with ERP systems and related solutions. Conduct assessments,
troubleshoot issues, and apply fixes to production environments.
Assist in modifying programs to support new data structures and
improve system functionality. Ensure that solutions meet business
and technical requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field (or equivalent experience). At least two years of experience
in application development, including design, implementation, and
testing of technical solutions. Proficiency in PL/SQL programming.
Solid understanding of systems applications in an integrated
database environment. Strong written and verbal communication
skills. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM
or similar ERP systems. Experience working with Oracle databases.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Perl.
Experience working with UNIX and/or Linux operating systems. Click
