Job Description:

- Work directly with customers and suppliers to develop and
manage designs, requirements, specifications, etc.
- Participate in Agile Scrum teams through sprint planning, daily
standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and daily standups.
- Support engineering in new product development and managing
lessons learned.
- Write C Code to meet functional and technical
specifications.
- Perform peer reviews on all artifacts during the lifecycle of a
project.
- Code compliance to MISRA-C, CERTC and ADAC coding
guidelines.
- Create and maintain software architecture and detail
designs.
- Support Test Lab functional test requirements.
- Support manufacturing regarding inline product testing methods,
specifications and equipment selection.
- Investigate alternative suppliers of electronic content for
non-directed-buy suppliers for future products.
- Evaluate, assess and troubleshoot electronics content contained
in core product base.Education & Experience:
- Bachelor of Computer or Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of
Computer Science or related field
- Software Project Leadership is preferred
- Software design experience is preferred
- 5+ years of work experience, automotive experience is
preferred
- Ability to launch and lead software development with some
supervision
- Ability to work with Global TeamsOther Knowledge, Skills &

- Ability to contribute to peer design reviews

- Purchasing/budgeting electronic parts and test equipment
