Smith Stair Systems, Empire Moulding & Millwork, Southwest Moulding & Millwork and Novo Direct.Just as our products are used to build something new and inspire others to make living spaces more beautiful, we endeavor to positively impact the people and communities we touch every day.Novo Building Products is looking for an ERP Systems Administrator to lead the company with implementing, developing, and maintaining the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program - CloudSuite Distribution (CSD). The ERP Systems Administrator is responsible for best practices, extensions, modifications, integrations, and overall stability of the ERP system to ensure the system effectively meets the company's needs.What will you do in this role?--- Design, development, documentation, and test modifications of ERP system and other ERP connected systems based on user requirements or system design specifications.--- Coordinate with users from all departments to build new functionality and modify existing functionality to ensure the system meets company needs.--- Review and test ERP releases and changes as required.--- Collaborate with and provide advice for IT staff in the definition, development, configuration, implementation, and support of ERP systems forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.--- Handle primary support responsibility for ERP system - CSD.--- Take lead role in ERP quality assurance or testing plan to ensure highest quality system performance.--- Develop and maintain integrations with 3rd party systems as required.--- Research and lead implementation of ERP best practices and designs.--- Lead and assist on small to large projects by providing accurate estimates, completing tasks on time, and participating in Agile project planning process.--- Provide assistance, guidance, and/or instruction for other I.T. staff members around assigned responsibilities and projects.What are we looking for?--- Experience working with Infor Cloudsuite Distribution or Infor SX.e, including Infor integration (ION) or Infor OS.--- Understanding of ERP best practices and design.--- Experience with manufacturing and or distribution terminology and processes.--- Experience integrating and developing enterprise applications.--- Understanding of web-based applications including writing and troubleshooting JavaScript applications.--- Experience working with XML, Json, and rest API webservices.--- Hands-on software troubleshooting experience.--- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.--- Experience with EDI (Plus but not required).--- Strong written and oral communication skills (English).--- Ability to work off hours and weekends or be on call as required.Preferred Qualifications--- A bachelor's degree in business analysis, business administration, information system or related degree.--- 5 or more years' experience supporting, developing, or administering ERP systems.
