ALS Environmental is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified staff for a short-term technical assignment to assist with end-user training and implementation support of the GEL LIMS application in the USA. - -
This exciting 4-6-week assignment will begin in July 2023 and will involve travel to the Holland, Michigan laboratory, within the United States. - All expenses will be covered by the company, including flights, accommodation, transport, and a daily allowance.
Responsibilities
The applicant(s) will be responsible for end-user training and support covering the following areas:

• 
  
• Sample Receiving (Receipt, Workorder Creation & Committal)
  
• Client Services (Quoting, Invoicing & Reporting)
  
• Preparation and Instrument run building
  
• Result processing (Inorganic or Organic instrument data)
  
• Review and Authorization of analytical data
  
  Qualifications
  To be successful, you will have:
  
  • 
    
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    
  • Broad understanding of GEL user skillset in client service/sample receipt and laboratory workflows or specialized expertise in either
    
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and previous experience with training staff
