We have an opportunity for a Field Service Lead to join our Byron Center, Michigan team. As the Field Service Lead, you will provide leadership, training, and support for first level technicians while generating branch revenue and controlling operating expenses. Building strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and maintaining the highest standards of customer service will be the keys to success for the Service Supervisor.You will:Report directly to the Service ManagerProvide onsite training and technical support for all field techniciansComplete regular onsite audits of field technicians to evaluate skill levelsProvide accurate diagnosis for reactive service calls and make repairs as indicated by work order, meeting contractual deadlines. Ensuring equipment is operating properly before leaving customer premises and completing all invoices with accurate list of all parts used and enter appropriate job-related commentsComplete equipment installations, project and/or preventative maintenance as indicated by work order, meeting contractual deadlines.
