Service Lead to join our Byron Center, Michigan team. As the Field
Service Lead, you will provide leadership, training, and support
for first level technicians while generating branch revenue and
controlling operating expenses. Building strong relationships with
our internal and external stakeholders and maintaining the highest
standards of customer service will be the keys to success for the
Service Supervisor.You will:Report directly to the Service
ManagerProvide onsite training and technical support for all field
techniciansComplete regular onsite audits of field technicians to
evaluate skill levelsProvide accurate diagnosis for reactive
service calls and make repairs as indicated by work order, meeting
contractual deadlines. Ensuring equipment is operating properly
before leaving customer premises and completing all invoices with
accurate list of all parts used and enter appropriate job-related
commentsComplete equipment installations, project and/or
preventative maintenance as indicated by work order, meeting
contractual deadlines. Ensuring equipment is operating properly

commentsUnderstand company policies and procedures and provide
modeling of proper behavior, organization, and customer
service.Generate branch revenue, while controlling branch
expensesBuild relationships with customers by providing excellent
service and supportUse proper site/work specific PPE equipment for
each job, and when working with electricity ensure all safety
precautions are in use, implementing all lock out/tag out

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentValid state issued
driver's licenseProblem solving and critical thinking
skillsCustomer service and relationship building skillsAbility to
use basic hand tools, familiarity with power tools.Position
requires regular bending, stooping, kneeling and ability to lift 55
