Job Description:

Our Client is a leader in the automotive industry and is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team!
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and learning and development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of elevating the HR function to a more strategic level, and able to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
* Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent in a challenging and competitive automotive industry.
* Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
* Oversee benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
* Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
* Implement performance management programs to ensure employee productivity and engagement.
* Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive change management initiatives.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources
* Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting
